Manufactured precast & GFRC products are made of a combination of Portland cement, graded natural sand, recycled concrete aggregates (RCA), glass fibres, steel or fibre reinforcement, water and additives which permanently harden into the design moulded shape.
GFRC
Important Facts
- Provides the ultimate solution to save the remaining forests.
- Sustainable products to conserve natural resources and protect global ecosystem.
- A Green and Environmentally friendly product. Using 45% Recycled Concrete Aggregates in the whole concrete mixture which is 35% more than the minimum recycled aggregate required in Singapore Green Label Society’s (SGLS) standard criteria.
- Inert product that is safe to human health.
- Prefabricated product.
- Non-Combustible material.
- Non- toxic and has no known adverse effect on the aquatic or terrestrial.
- Waterproof.
- Can be used for external or internal purposes.
- Resistant to weather conditions.
- Moldable and customizable in shape, size, form, and color tone.
Use of GFRC Products
- GFRC Simulated Timber Planks or Panels.
- Imprinting the timber patterns or texture on GFRC by a mold, the finished product simulates the look of a natural timber. The aesthetics or final look would depend on the texture or pattern of the mold. The possibilities of the finished product are numerous, and flexibility is diverse.
- The product can be used for timber floor finishes, decks, staircases, ramps, walls, claddings, architectural finishes.
- GFRC Themed Products.
- Produces a free form shaped product. It can be imprinted with a specific pattern or texture by using mold or sculpted by hand or a sculpting tool.
- The product can be used for theming works (a boulder, rock formation, tree trunks, mud wall, sculpture etc.)
- The possibilities are endless.
Available in various shapes and sizes and can customized as per your design and needs. You can call or email us for more details.
