LEPL started as a sub-contracting firm in electrical installations, water features & irrigation and engineering works in 1999. In the decades, LEPL has completed several iconic projects under environmental, institutional, residential and commercial categories, some of which had gained accredited awards seen featured in our website.
As a testament to our professionalism, safety standard, quality performance and commitment to Standard Compliance, we have achieved the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018. We are among the companies that are awarded with BIZSAFE Level Star.

Our Facilities
We realized the magnitude of capital investment as a means to foster a financial impact. Trending on adoption of technologies was a challenge and investing on factory building was more compelling. In 2014 we acquired a factory building at 97 Pioneer Road, a 86,000 sq. ft. building.
We operate a steel fabrication facility sprawling around 86,000 sq. ft., that allows all concepts to be engineered, fabricated, installed and tested by means of scale mock-up for architect / designer / owner to visualize. Our equipment meets industry standards and we can complete large-scale projects that meet our clients’ highest levels of satisfaction to deliver on time. Adjacent is our office where management and engineering teams are located.
Our core conviction is to consolidate and streamline operations under one roof for combined efficiency, interaction and governance (Design, customized development, project management, QS department, finance and HR).
97 Pioneer road building was initially positioned to leverage on fabrication, store consumables and deliverables but expansion was overwhelming. As a measure of transformative move, where big quantities of universal standard products and prefabricated products can yield and save on out-going cost, hence, recently bought a second factory building at 12 Tuas Avenue 18A. This building is a spin-off by absorbing excess fabrication materials from 97 Pioneer road factory. This building also facilitates space to store up steel materials, wood products, prefabricated concrete blocks, steel frames etc.
All calibrations, repair of heavy equipment etc., are done at this facility.
